Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Use of the OTS Innovation platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Creation & Admission

2.1 Account creation does not guarantee dashboard or course access.

2.2 Students must complete all mandatory admission tasks, including but not limited to:

• Profile completion
• Introductory or screening tasks
• Following assigned facilitators on designated social media platforms
• Following OTS Innovation on official social media pages

2.3 Admission tasks must be completed and approved before dashboard access is granted.

2.4 Submission of false information or proof may result in suspension or permanent account removal.

3. Dashboard Access & Cohort Assignment

3.1 Dashboard access is granted only after admission task approval.

3.2 After successful course registration, students must wait to be added to a cohort by a facilitator.

3.3 Once added to a cohort, all restricted dashboard access will be lifted.

3.4 Students not assigned to a cohort may have limited platform access.

4. Course Registration & Payment

4.1 Students must pay at least 50% of the course fee to complete course registration.

4.2 Remaining 50% must be paid within one (1) month of initial payment.

4.3 Automatic payment reminders will be sent, including a reminder 7 days before the deadline.

4.4 Failure to complete payment will result in:

• Temporary account restriction
• Suspension of learning activities

4.5 Access is restored only after payment verification.

5. Learning Activities & Participation

5.1 Students are expected to actively participate in:

• Live classes
• Individual projects
• Cohort projects
• Assigned tasks

5.2 Points are awarded only for verified participation and approved submissions.

6. Projects & Task Submissions

Individual Projects

6.1 Students must complete individual projects assigned to them.

6.2 Each project carries reward points.

6.3 Points are credited to the dashboard only after facilitator approval.

Cohort Projects

6.4 Cohort project points are distributed only to students who sign digital attendance.

6.5 Digital attendance is opened by the cohort leader during cohort meetings.

6.6 The cohort leader submits the final project on behalf of the group.

6.7 Students who fail to sign attendance will not receive reward points, regardless of contribution.

7. Compliance & Suspension

7.1 OTS Innovation operates a 3-strike monthly compliance system.

7.2 Failure to meet minimum monthly requirements results in warnings and possible suspension.

7.3 Suspended accounts may require:

• Payment of fines
• Submission of an appeal

7.4 OTS Innovation reserves the right to approve or reject reinstatement requests.

8. User Conduct

8.1 Users must not:

• Share login credentials
• Submit fraudulent work
• Abuse facilitators or other students
• Attempt to bypass platform restrictions

8.2 Violation of conduct rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All platform content, materials, videos, documents, and systems belong to OTS Innovation.

9.2 Content may be used for personal learning only.

9.3 Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Communication & Notifications

10.1 Official communication will be sent via:

• Email
• Platform notifications

10.2 Students are responsible for checking emails regularly.

10.3 OTS Innovation is not responsible for missed notices due to ignored or invalid email addresses.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Payments made to OTS Innovation are non-refundable once course access has been granted.

11.2 Exceptions may apply only at OTS Innovation's discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 OTS Innovation is not liable for:

• Internet or device failures
• Missed classes or deadlines
• Loss of points due to non-participation
• External platform outages (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

13. Termination of Access

13.1 OTS Innovation may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment
• Policy violations
• Academic dishonesty
• Repeated non-compliance

13.2 Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14.2 Legal disputes shall be resolved within Nigerian jurisdiction.

15. Updates to Terms

15.1 OTS Innovation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

15.2 Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
